How does billing work?

Billing is handled automatically on a monthly or yearly basis. You will be billed based on your selected plan. If you choose a yearly plan, you'll receive a discount for committing to a full year of service.

Can I add services later?

Yes, you can easily customize your plan by adding additional services at any time. Simply log into your account and select the services you need.

What happens if I need to pause my subscription?

If you need to pause your subscription, please contact us at least 30 days in advance. We can temporarily halt your services and restart them when you're ready.

What if I need an emergency service?

We offer emergency services for tasks that need to be done within a few hours. Please contact us, and we’ll arrange the service as soon as possible.
