Owning an Airbnb or rental property means keeping it in top condition. Our property maintenance services ensure your space stays clean, welcoming, and guest-ready.
Our family comes from a real estate background and have been taking care of our own properties for over 15 years. We renovate properties as a family and our kids have always known what hard work means.
We have long term rentals and short term rentals and know what it means to make a great first impression on your guests, clients, and tenants. We always strive to leave a property more beautiful than we found it.
Having airbnbs and selling renovated properties from time to time we quickly realized we would need to set up a system for keeping our properties clean, well looked after and beautiful. We wanted to make the best impression we could on anyone stopping by or staying at our properties.

Who would roll out the trash cans to the street on trash day and roll them back in so the yard/street looked well kept? Who would keep our plants watered so the landscaping we painstakingly put in wouldn’t die? Who would blow off all those leaves from the driveway, walkways and decks before a guest or showing arrived? Who would make sure the front door, front light and mailbox was wiped down and nice and clean? And then other thoughts came about cobwebs, pressure washing, window washing and other errands like light bulb changes, batteries, notice serving and stocking for guests.

We also realized we weren’t the only ones needing these services. Our oldest Daughter, Lily, decided she wanted to take on this business and not only help our family with these needs but others who were in the same situation. Maybe you don’t live near your short term rental and can’t do all these things that slip through the cracks with lawn guys, cleaners and property management- or maybe you’re simply too busy working on another business or job! It’s hard to do all the things we have to do and still have a life with our family & friends. And we all know that one bad comment from an Airbnb guest or bad feedback from a showing can upset us for days to come. We all want our guests and clients to have the best time possible and to be raving fans of what we have created.

Hi my name’s Lily Hall, the Head Minion. I grew up homeschooled in Tallahassee FL with two house flippers for parents, so I know a few things about properties. I love sports and being athletic. I have a brown belt in judo and love earning trophies and medals in competitions:) In college I want to learn Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Some goals I have are to finish writing my book and publish it and also to make a good secure business that people love. Since I’m graduating this year, I’m going to put my passion into this business. Embrace the cuteness
